With every property related transaction you will be assigned a Conveyancing Specialist who will be able to assist you at every stage of the transaction. Our Property Department also specialises in other property related matters including residential re-mortgages, Right to Buy and shared ownership purchases, New Build purchases, Flat sales and purchases and Buy to let Mortgages and Transfer of Equity. We are also able to offer specialist advice and assistance with matters concerning Equity Release Schemes and Landlord and Tenant matters including the preparation and drafting of documents or advice required in connection with tenancy agreements and other Landlord and Tenant related issues.

Commercial Conveyancing

Our dedicated team has vast experience in providing a full range of advice and assistance to Developers/Contractors/Investors in relation to their acquisitions and disposals. We work closely with local developers in connection with development site assembly, creation of new leases and formation of management companies/property management.

Our team are also specialists in dealing with Landlord and Tenant related transactions including the assignment of existing business leases, creation of new leases and Licenses, Surrenders, Partnership Agreements and Franchise agreements.
