Olufunso is a Partner and head of the Matrimonial and Litigation departments, with 20 years practice experience on the North West Legal Services Circuit. He has an ever increasing caseload of property and related financial matrimonial work. He also deals with Will and Probate and Power of Attorney work.

Olufunso's other specialist areas of work include:

• General Litigation - We deal with general contract and litigation work. In addition, we can offer a fixed fee appraisal/advice, and preparation work in relation to small claims actions.
• Landlord and Tenant - we provide specialist legal advice to both Landlords and Tenants, covering a diverse range of issues from possession proceedings to disrepair and unlawful eviction.
• Licensing - we provide specialised advice and assistance to ensure that you hold and operate the appropriate licence for the lawful sale and consumption of alcohol on premises.
